With help from your blender, this rich sauce made with Mexican crema is ready in minutes and has added smoke from chipotle peppers.
Directions
- Puree 2 chipotles in adobo sauce with 1/2 cup sour cream or crema and 1/2 clove garlic. Season with salt.
