Tequila Old Fashioned

There are many variations of an Old Fashioned, and this tequila version works especially well. Try using half anejo or reposado tequila, and half mezcal for a touch of smoky flavor.
Directions
- Combine 2 ounces anejo tequila, 1 teaspoon agave syrup and 2 dashes of mole bitters in a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Stir until chilled. Garnish with an orange peel.
