Combine 1 1/2 ounces aged sugarcane rum, 1/2 ounce each blended aged rum, lime juice, orange juice and honey syrup, 1/4 ounce each Velvet Falernum and allspice dram and 1 dash of angostura bitters in a shaker with ice; shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with three maraschino cherries and a pineapple chunk on a cocktail pick.
To make simple syrup, heat equal parts granulated sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves; let cool. (You can use demerara sugar or honey instead of granulated sugar.)
