Ingredients
- 1 apricot, halved and soaked in brandy
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 6 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
- 1/2 vanilla bean
Directions
Place the apricot half and brown sugar in a champagne flute. Pour over with champagne or sparkling wine. Stick in half a vanilla bean
