1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or blackberries

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1/3 to 1/2 cup chilled Prosecco


  1. Mash raspberries and sugar together with a fork. Spoon mixture into a champagne glass and top with Prosecco.
