A Black Velvet is a cocktail that traditionally combines one part each champagne and Irish stout. This version marries the Black Velvet and the Black and Tan by including equal parts ale and stout with the sparkling wine.

- Pour 3 ounces cold sparkling wine into a flute. Top with 2 ounces each cold pale ale and stout.
