Loved this recipe! I've been looking for the perfect mulled wine recipe for awhile. This is perfect because it does not require you to purchase another type of alcohol or wine that you potentially won't drink (Port. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and spic. I had a little left over from the first night and couldn't stop thinking about it the next day!

I absolutely love this recipe! It has the perfect amount of sweetness. It is even BETTER the next day and the day after - if you can resist from drinking the whole pot the first day. I accidentally used apple juice instead of apple cider - my boyfriend bought the wrong one - and it's still good. Ina Garten is my go-to person for delicious and perfect meals.

This was fabulous! The flavors are so warm and comforting and it has just the right amount of sweetness. My daugher and I practically finished off the whole pot ourselves. I did use good unfiltered apple cider and I do believe that it made a big difference in the outcome. Since I can rarely find the good stuff here where I live I bought extra to freeze so I can make this often, it's just that good. Will be making more today and sticking it in the fridge to warm up whenever I want a cup. Try this recipe, you won't be disappointed!
