This was the most amazing ham I have ever fixed! I did not use a spiral sliced ham but instead just a full ham that I scored creating diamond patterns across the top, added the glaze the last 1 hour of baking time. One thing to remember......the glaze will burn and create the biggest, stickiest mess if you do not line your pan.....Overall a great moist ham!

Not what I expected. Unfortunately just pouring a glaze over the ham doesn't really allow it to penetrate the meat and influence the flavor or texture of the meat . For that effcect you need to inject the flavoring into the meat. Also, there is no way to fully heat a 15 pound ham at 350 degrees in one hour....maybe two, mine took 2 1/2 hrs to be done.

The combo of the mustard and Orange is an acquired taste, kids turned their noses up at it, some adults liked it, some thought it was just OK.
