Ingredients
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup good raspberry preserves
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Combine the butter, raspberry preserves, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Serve at room temperature.

So incredibly delicious - and so easy! Everyone thought I had made some amazing homemade butter churned spread. I served it in beautiful martini glasses for a mother/daughter brunch and what a hit!
