Directions
Fold a big scoop of confectioners' sugar and a splash of vanilla into 4 cups of freshly whipped cream. Spoon some orange marmalade into 4 wine glasses, top with whipped cream, cover and chill. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings before serving.
