This Indian drink is like a mango milkshake and is delicious.
Ingredients
- 9 fluid ounces (255 milliliters) plain yogurt
- 4 1/2 fluid ounces (130 milliliters) milk
- 4 1/2 fluid ounces (130 milliliters) canned mango pulp or 7 ounces (200 grams) from 3 fresh mango, stoned and sliced
- 4 teaspoons sugar, to taste, or feel free to try salt and cardamom seeds

This went very well with a spicy curry dish that I made, the sweetness nicely offset the spiciness. I used a mango juice found at Wegman's supermarket.

I think it sounds delicious and I made one and I how certain it is very delicious... I have a mango orchard on Pine Island Florida and our season is great.. I harvested a bushel this morning and have eaten so many I lost count already.. the smell is so wonderful the taste, melt in your mouth. I wish I could share some with you Jamie! Loved this recipe. I had vanilla yogurt on hand added 1 packet of Splenda and 1 tbsp of honey. Will def make this a regular breakfast drink or a dessert treat.
