Ingredients
Directions

Place lime juice, orange juice, honey, orange zest, and sugar in a large bowl. With a whisk in 1 hand and the oil in another, slowly begin to add the oil until it's all gone. Season with salt and white pepper, to taste. The finished product should look like it has significant body, taste semi-sweet and with a touch of tartness. Toss desired amount with mixed greens, and serve.

This dressing was tasty, but not as tangy as I had thought it might be. I ended up adding about 1 Tblsp of Rice Wine Vinegar to the finished product to give it a tang that I needed. That worked perfectly for me. On the next go round, I will not add 1/4c. of orange zest - that was an inordinate amount of zest! - and perhaps back down the orange juice as well. I might change up the vinegar to red wine vinegar next time or more lime juice.
    Disgusting. Zero stars.
Hmmm, not really a good vinaigrette. Followed the recipe exactly, way too much orange in the mix. I did use it for a chicken marinade though and that was tasty! If you want a good lime vinaigrette , check out Robin Miller's, it's perfect!
1/4c of orange zest! Is that a typo? Is anybody monitoring these recipes?

Never tried lime dressing, but was pleased with this. I poured some on halve an avocado which set it off well. A keeper.
    Flavor did not blend well.
I MADE THIS SALAD DRESSING FOR MY CHRISTMAS EVE GET TOGETHER AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. THEY SAID IT WAS VERY REFRESHING AND UNEXPECTED. I USED IT WITH DOLE FIELD GREENS. I WILL BE MAKING IT QUITE OFTEN IN PLACE OF ITALIAN DRESSING
