Ingredients
- 1(16-ounce) container reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Serve with black pepper potato chips.
Cook's Note: Season lightly with the salt since we are using Parmesan and it''s a salty cheese.

Very good, I added a little cayenne pepper and garlic powder to spice it up a litte. Perhaps it would be nice to bring it to a boil in order to thicken it a bit?

I don't know why everyone rated this a 5. Sure, it's easy to make, but I don't think the dijon mustard tasted good with the sour cream. What an odd combination I don't want again.
