Love this -- it's simple, easy, and healthy. Pair it with grilled chicken breast for a meal that is a bit more substantial. I am so mad that FN cut Robin's show. I loved watching it. Her meals were simple and affordable and most of all they were fast and healthy. From now on, I just have to use her cookbooks but I miss seeing her show!

Delicious. My daughter and I really enjoyed. It is a bit thick, so I think just letting it set out to room temp will help it.
