INDOOR: Follow instructions for preparing burgers. Preheat broiler. Place burgers on wire rack over foil lined baking sheet or broiler pan. Broil 6 inches from heat source for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium.

My husband and I loved this! Nice a juicy. I was a little skeptical of the blue cheese butter (even though I am a huge fan of blue cheese but it added a wonderful taste. Not too buttery, just creamy cheesy wonderful flavor. Think the butter might be good just drizzled lightly over some warm potatoes or fries!

This was fantastic!! Soooooo easy and simple to make and full of flavor. Love it! It's also one of those recipes that will be easy to remember when I'm at the grocery store wondering what to have for dinner.

I put the blue cheese crumbles/I can't believe it's not butter spread on the onion buns and toasted the on the grill. It was excellent. The burger was awesome too. I made bacon extra crispy too. Poured a little blue cheese dressing on top of the burger as well. I made some o' rida criss cross fries and thought I should have put them on top of the burger too. I'm weird like that. When I used to eat McDonald's I'd put fries on my Big Mac, but that's just me. I'm going to make this burger again.
