I have this recipe in her cookbook and it's a little different than the one on the Food Network website. Instead of vanilla ice cream, the recipe in the book uses 2 scoops of lemon gelato or sorbet. It is so much better with the sorbet. Tastes like an alcoholic punch. Try it again with the sorbet or gelato, you might like it better.

I never thought ice cream and wine would taste so horrible when mixed!
