I had a Cocktail Party around Christmas and this was a hit! I did use cream of coconut instead of the milk, and glad I did. I have everyone asking when I will have another party so they can have some more of this wonderful little drink.
I really like the fact that you can make this in a pitcher rather than one drink at a time.
This is such a fun cocktail, be sure to try it!!!

I first made this a week before christmas with the sweetend coconut milk and it curdled but it was still very good. The second time I made it I used cream of coconut and it didnt curdle... I highly recomend it... but check the date on the can!!!

I made this drink in a pitcher for a Christmas party last night. There were lots of compliments. As for the coconut milk. I ended up using regular coconut milk and didn't bother looking for sweetened. But, make sure you shake the can before using. The milk looked as if it had curdled.
