This is by far the best trail mix I've made. I love the combination of flavors. The only substitution I would make, when sharing with adults, would be to replace the milk chocolate chips for dark chocolate chips. If you are making this for young children leave the recipe as is. What a treat!

Definitly give this trail mix a try! I love it!! I have made it twice now in a week and I think I might be addicted! I used semi sweet chocolate chips because I prefer dark chocolate. This recipe is a real winner! Mmm.......I am eating it as I type this!

I make this trail mix at least once a week, sometimes more often. I've used the ingredients she used, and I have also improvised. I've changed it up at times by adding differnt ingredients such as cashews, rasins, sunflower seeds, M & M's instead of choc chips and really loved adding cut up dried pineapple.
