  • 1 ounce strawberry juice
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 11 ounces plain nonfat frozen yogurt
  • Fusion Boosters (ginseng, bee pollen, multivitimin, ginko biloba, lecithin, and/or soy protein)
  • Blend 15 to 20 seconds, use a spatula to remove the thick and creamy smoothie from the blender
