    Delicious But......

The ingredients are not listed under ingredients. They should be there to make sure you have everything you need. You can't ... verify if you want to make the dish until you read the directions which are confusing also. Love your show, but please make the recipes a little more reader friendly. I look at ingredients before I see if I want to try a recipe. Read more

    Amazing Collards!!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I am ashamed to say that I am a southern girl and cannot cook southern food to save my life. I found this recipe to be the... best fast way to cook collard greens. I am used to my family cooking collards for hours. I only made them once that way and it was terrible. I tried this recipe and I loved it. Like Dixia, I added only one teaspoon of sugar and it came out wonderful. It was easy and quick which is what I liked about it. It was amazing flavor as well. Thanks Sunny.Read more

I am a huge fan of collards so I was in a huge hurry to try this recipe. I like everything about it except for the balsamic... vinegar. The onions and bacon part of the recipe is spot on and the cooking technique is very quick and easy. The next time I make this I will leave out the balsamic vinegar . Read more

    Best first time effort ever

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I have always been a fan of collard greens. However never made them my self. This recipe was so simple so I took a chance and... everyone loved them. I tweek it a bit by adding red pepper flakes, half of a scotch bonnet pepper and 2 teaspoos of sugar it was amazing. My southern neighbor gave me the southern seal of approval. Read more
