Ingredients
- 1 (10-inch) brownie round
- Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Mousse, recipe follows
- 2 layers chocolate cake
- Melted fudge
- Brownie chunks
- Peanut butter chips
Directions
Assembly: Begin with a layer of brownie, alternate layers of cream cheese peanut butter mousse and chocolate cake, ending with cake. Pour melted fudge over the cake; top with chunks of brownie pieces. Pour more melted fudge over the brownie pieces. Finish with a splash of peanut butter chips on top.

- 6 (8 ounce) bars cream cheese, softened
- 1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter cups, crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) jar creamy peanut butter

I made the mistake of making this cake for friends and family, and now they cant get enough!! I make this cake at least once a month!! what a hit!

This is very very rich just a little goes a long way. this cake would be great for a large gathering since it feeds a lot. I got lots of wow's and applause when I made this cake it was a hit. Tip I feel I could use a little less cream cheese and twice the peanut butter. I had left over mousse and had made the mousse layers very thick. My husband calls it the 3 feet tall cake.

This recipe definitely doesn't need 6 things of cream cheese...too overwhelming!
