    Extremely good recipe

I've made a lot of different versions of quiche and this is a very good recipe. The mayo gives the quiche a slight tang that... is really good. I highly suggest baking it and letting it cool completely in the fridge (which helps it to solidify) then rewarming the quiche later.Read more

    Fabulous anytime meal

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I tried making a quiche before and it did not turn out all that great. I tried this one and it was delicious. My husband... and kids ate it without a problem. So easy to substitute the spinach for anything you want. I used bacon and ham this time. Next time I will try sausage or spinach. Definately a keeper!!!Read more

Wow! This was my first attempt at a quiche and it turned out fantastic! Easy and delicious - what more can you ask for? I... used red onion instead of yellow onion. Not sure how it "changed" the taste but it looked cute.Read more
