On Rachael vs. Guy: Kids Cook-Off, eight talented kids will take on cooking challenges designed to test their culinary know-how. By the end of the series, the kid-chef with the highest score will be awarded the grand prize of a Web series on FoodNetwork.com.

Rachael and Guy will serve as mentors and team leaders as well as judges, tasting and grading the dishes for each kid-chef’s report card. The kid with the highest score on each team will be named MVP of the challenge and win a prize.

While most kids would be sitting at home watching TV or playing video games, Daniel gets in the kitchen and cooks. His specialties include wild rosemary salmon with asparagus and eggplant and super fruit crumble. Daniel's goal is to become the culinary king of the Internet with his recently launched YouTube cooking show, Quite a Bite.

Brandon learned to cook alongside his mother. He's proud to cook the Texas-style food he grew up eating. His favorite food is Kobe beef. When he isn't in the kitchen, Brandon races bandolero cars, proving the only thing he burns is rubber.
