Sandra heads to an outdoor muscle-car gathering to make a few fire-grilled favorites. First up, Sandra’s heating up a killer slathering sauce for her Black Jack Lamb Rack. Next up, it’s all about presentation with the Pineapple Seafood Bowls, which are grilled and served right in a pineapple, with coconut milk, scallops and shrimp. On the side, Sandra’s making grilled asparagus. Dessert is simple enough to make anywhere you roam: they’re adorable and delicious Car Cakes. Then Sandra is putting a kick in the classic outdoor favorite with Kentucky Lemonade.
