David Bonom is the recipe genius behind more than 70 cookbooks, including many bestsellers. His work appears regularly in Rachael Ray Every Day, Cooking Light, Better Homes & Gardens (where his recipes often grace the covers), Fine Cooking, Weight Watchers, Eating Well and many others. David travels far from his home base of New York to teach chefs and culinary students and chefs in Africa, South America, the Balkans and more about western flavor profiles and cooking techniques. Closer to home, he develops recipes for corporations that highlight the best features of their products. David began his culinary career working at some of the most prestigious New York City restaurants including Union Square Café, and catering for such notable clients as the Bette Midler, (then) First Lady Hilary Clinton, Sotheby’s, and more. David’s most recent project is Hero Dinners: Complete One-Pan Meals That Save the Day, which he co-authored with his wife and fellow chef Marge Perry.
