Myo Quinn is a Michelin-starred restaurant trained chef and freelance recipe developer. She was born in Korea and was raised in Paraguay surrounded by American expats. Her cooking is inspired by both cultures. When Myo became a mom to 3 boys, her cooking shifted to meal prep-worthy and nourishing foods grounded on two rules: 1) Show them what real food tastes like. 2) Sweet plus savory means no leftovers.
