Berry Banana Grain Bowl

Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries (in the winter, use thawed frozen berries)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 

1 cup cooked hot quinoa (or farro, millet, or brown rice) 

1 banana, sliced 

2 tablespoons chia seeds 

2 tablespoons chopped nuts 

Honey 

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the berries and almond milk. Puree until smooth.
  2. Divide the cooked hot quinoa between two bowls. Top with the berry milk, sliced banana, chia seeds and nuts.  
  3. Drizzle with honey.
