Ingredients
2 cups mixed berries (in the winter, use thawed frozen berries)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup cooked hot quinoa (or farro, millet, or brown rice)
1 banana, sliced
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons chopped nuts
Honey
Directions
- In a blender, combine the berries and almond milk. Puree until smooth.
- Divide the cooked hot quinoa between two bowls. Top with the berry milk, sliced banana, chia seeds and nuts.
- Drizzle with honey.
