Ingredients

4 cups ahi, minced

2 tablespoons garlic, chopped

1/2 cup green onion, minced

2 teaspoons oyster sauce

1/2 cup water chestnuts, minced

2 teaspoons Hawaiian salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

  1. Season ahi with Hawaiian salt. Add all ingredients mix well then chill.
