Chili Mayonnaise Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1/4 cup rice vinegar or lemon juice

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small nonreactive bowl and mix until smooth; season with salt, as desired. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours before using.

<br />either way I did change it around a bit: <br /> <br />1/2 lime juice 1/2 lemon juice <br /> <br />Used ketchup instead of tomato paste (I would've used paste if I had any :) <br /> <br />Added: <br />1 teaspoon chili powder <br />1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce <br />
