Ingredients
2 large graham crackers, crushed
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup apple pie filling
Cinnamon Whipped Cream, recipe follows
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
2 tablespoons caramel popcorn snack mix with peanuts
Cinnamon Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- In a serving dish, add the crushed graham crackers, scoops of vanilla ice cream, apple pie filling and a dollop of the Cinnamon Whipped Cream. Top with the caramel sauce and caramel popcorn snack mix.
Cinnamon Whipped Cream:
- In a chilled bowl, add the cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk until medium peaks form, 5 to 8 minutes.
