Ingredients
2 cups/500 ml mixed berries
2 tablespoons/30 ml sugar
Freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons/45 ml vinegar
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add the berries, sugar, black pepper, and vinegar and mix well.
- Divide the berries into 4 equal parts, place in a parfait or bowl and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream per serving.
