Ingredients

1 cup black beans (see recipe above), drained

3 cups fresh or jarred salsa

1 cup fresh (or thawed, drained frozen) corn kernels

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a decorative bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.

There are a variety of intriguing and exciting recipes on this website, and this is not one of them. Buy three ingredients, combine and serve? I think a child could have pretty easily figured that one out without any assistance.
