Ingredients

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 soup spoon sugar

1 cup milk

2 cups flour

Splash of vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix the eggs, salt and sugar until thoroughly blended. Stir in 1 cup of milk. Add flour until a thick batter is formed. Add a splash of vegetable oil to mixture. Pour the batter into a hot, oiled skillet. Fry until golden on 1 side, then flip over and brown the other side.

This recipe is wrong. Whom ever entered it mixed it up. There should be more milk than flour. These are supposed to be crepes, almost watery batter that is easy to spread around the pan by rotating. This recipe is more like oladushki which are thick.
