One of the first things I ever grilled when I learned how to do it right. The Mesa BBQ sauce combined with the creme fraiche is simply devine, sweet, smokey shrimp meets creamy, limey cooling, sauce. One of my go-to's. Use large shrimps as smaller ones tend to dry out easily from the high heat of a charcoal grill. Another Flay winner.
