My go to way to serve fresh corn on the cob. If you can't get really fresh corn (i.e. supermarket variety or if they are a little tough, try brining them first for about 30 min. in 2qts water with 1/2 cup salt (1 cup if using Kosher or sea salt and 1/4 cup sugar.
