1 frozen low-fat waffle

Sugar-free pancake syrup, optional, as a dip

Directions

  1. Preheat the toaster oven to high.
  2. Slice the waffle into 1/2-inch strips. Toast them until crispy.
  3. If you like, dunk them in syrup. Enjoy!

Great idea of making one waffle go a long way. Sometimes you feel as though you have more if it just looks like more -- we so eat with our eyeballs. Throw some fruit on the side and a very yummy snack or light meal. :) As for the toaster difficulties, I think she's using a toaster oven. If you don't have one of those, then yes, I'd cut them into strips after I toasted them.
