I love this recipe! This is my first time making a granite recipe. Now, I'm going to make it all the time. It doesn't take all night to make either, took me 2 1/2 hours total. After 1 hour I scraped down the granite, then after another hour. Then it was ready. Also, I couldn't find any dutch cocoa. So I made my own. Using 9 TBSP. cocoa and 3-1/8 tsps. baking soda. Then used my measuring cup to make 4 ounces out of that.
