- Combine 1 diced avocado, 1 diced seeded plum tomato, 2 tablespoons each minced fresh cilantro, red onion and seeded jalapeno pepper and 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice in a medium bowl; season to taste with salt. (The guacamole can be covered, with plastic wrap pressed directly on the surface, for up to 4 hours.)
