Coconut Water Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients

4 cups coconut water

1 cup coarse-ground coffee

Directions

  1. Combine the coconut water and coffee in a pitcher or large resealable container and stir. Let steep, refrigerated, for 12 hours.
  2. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer, coffee filter or cheesecloth. Pour into glasses filled with ice.

Very simple and basic recipe. Take note Alton Brown, things don’t need to be complicated. I like using the coconut water because I like the extra electrolytes and potassium I get in it. Pour it in a glass, add some sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne..yummy !
