Cold Strawberry Soup

Ingredients

2 pints strawberries, washed and hulled

1 cup half and half

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor puree strawberries. Pour into a large bowl and add half and half, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice. Stir until well combined. Chill.
  2. Serve with garnish of mint leaves

I doubled this recipe this time for a BBQ. Everyone was so impressed! I put a small mint leaf and a dollop of sour cream for each serving. The group said it was so delicious!! <br />GREAT easy Recipe!!!!
