Ingredients
4 cups mango juice, room temperature
2 cups water
2 limes, juiced
2-inch piece peeled ginger, grated with microplane
1/2 cup superfine sugar
Directions
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a large baking dish. Freeze overnight until solid. Scrape with fork to serve.
