Ingredients

1/2 cup lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt

1/4 cup chilled triple-strength green tea

1 tablespoon honey, plus more for garnish

1 cup ice

Dash ground nutmeg

Dash ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and drizzle honey on top of each milkshake to finish.

I love green tea. <br />I used it with vanilla ice cream instead without honey, and it was great! It was fine without the honey. Sweet and perfect for on the go!
