Elderflower Slush

This boozy smoothie is inspired by Molly’s summer outing with the fam to pick elderberries and elderflowers. Elderflower brings a slightly floral, fancy, dainty and delicate taste that pairs well with sweet and tart berries for a refreshing bev.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (210 grams) frozen strawberries

1 cup (140 grams) frozen raspberries

1 cup (240 grams) water

1/2 cup (120 grams) elderflower liqueur

Juice 1 lemon

Directions

Special equipment:
3-inch round cookie cutter
  1. In the carafe of a high-speed blender, add the strawberries, raspberries, water, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
