Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted and peeled

2 scallions, green and white parts, coarsely chopped

1/4 cup fresh tarragon

1/4 cup fresh parsley

3 tablespoons white vinegar

3/4 cup buttermilk

Salt

Vegetable sticks, for dipping

Directions

  1. Place the avocado, scallions, tarragon, parsley, vinegar, buttermilk and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a blender; puree until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks.

Like many of the reviewer's I found this very bland. It was pretty but just simply had no taste. I think next time I'll use a green goddess recipe and use the the avocado as a base. It's a good idea but this recipe just does fly
