Ingredients

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano

1 tablespoon dried thyme

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika

2 tablespoons salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.

I usually mix a double or triple batch to keep on hand. I like that there are no junk ingredients such as starch and sugar. It’s great to marinate meat and veggies ((separately) for fajitas. I’ve used it in my gumbo and jambalaya. The heat can be increased with your desired pepper or Tabasco sauce.
