Ingredients
2 pounds (32 ounces) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup chopped walnuts, pistachios, or your favorite nut
1/2 cup dried cranberries, apricots, or your favorite dried fruit
Directions
- Line an 8 by 12-inch rectangular pan with parchment paper. Place a large clean heatproof glass bowl over a large saucepan filled with a few inches of simmering water, making sure the bottom does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, stirring, until it is very smooth and shiny.
- Add the nuts and fruit into the chocolate and mix well. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared pan. Place in the refrigerator until set, about 4 hours. This can be made up to 4 days in advance and kept in an airtight container.
