Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Air-fried Brussels sprouts make for a quick and easy side that everyone will enjoy. Using the air fryer guarantees the crispiest sprouts possible -- without using a lot of oil.

Ingredients

1 pound small Brussels sprouts

1 tablespoon olive oil 

Kosher salt 

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan  

Zest of 1/2 lemon 

Directions

Special equipment:
a 3.5-quart air fryer
  1. Trim and quarter the Brussels sprouts and toss in a large bowl with the olive oil and 2 teaspoons salt. Set a 3.5-quart air fryer to 390 degrees F and preheat for 5 minutes. Transfer the sprouts to the air fryer and cook, tossing halfway through, until well-browned and crispy, about 18 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with the Parmesan and lemon zest.
