Ingredients
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup pistachios
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup dried cherries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. Combine the rolled oats, pistachios, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, brown sugar, oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl; toss.
- Spread the oats mixture on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted, about 1 hour. Let cool, then toss with the dried cherries.
