Ingredients

2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2/3 cup peanut butter

8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

8 cups corn tortilla chips

3 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, cocoa powder and salt in a microwave-safe medium bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Put the tortilla chips in a large bowl, pour in the melted chocolate mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then transfer to a large brown paper bag or resealable plastic bag. Add the confectioners' sugar, tightly seal the bag and toss to coat well. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
