Ingredients
1/2 white onion, very thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice, plus more as needed
2 pounds tomatoes, sliced
2 pounds watermelon, sliced
1/2 teaspoon chile-lime seasoning, plus more as needed
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Toss the onion with the lime juice and set aside, at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the tomatoes and watermelon on a large platter. Sprinkle with the chile-lime seasoning; season with salt and pepper. Scatter the onion on top and drizzle with some lime juice. Season with more chile-lime seasoning, salt and pepper.
